FundingTraders monitors how you manage risk. Repeated high-risk trading may put your account under review.
Risk Per Trade Idea
Maximum risk: 2% per trade idea.
Trades on the same instrument and in the same direction may be grouped as one trade idea.
Under Protective Restrictions, the limit is reduced to 1%.
Main Risk Limits
Maximum margin usage: 30%.
Revenge trading after a 0.5% loss and opening another trade within 5 minutes may be flagged.
Repeatedly getting too close to the Daily Loss Limit may put the account under review.
Violations
Violations may start with a warning and can lead to account restrictions, profit deductions, a reduced profit split, or account closure if repeated.

1 Step Challenge: None
1 Step Funded: 50% consistency

Minimum Trading Days

For both 1 Step & 2 Step accounts: No more than 30% of total profits can be derived from trades influenced by high impact news. If this threshold is exceeded, payout processing will be delayed until additional trades reduce the percentage below the limit

Overnight & Weekends Holding

Copy Trading

You are allowed to use a trade copier across all Funding Traders challenge & funded accounts
You are allowed to use a trade copier from all your Funding Traders accounts to an external account, and vice versa
All accounts must be under your name

Copying trades from another trader’s account is prohibited (including signals, purchased strategies, and social copy trading platforms)
Copy trading from a different user to Funding Traders accounts is prohibited

VPN/VPS
Use a paid VPN or VPS with a dedicated IP from the same country every time you connect
Free VPNs may involve multiple users sharing the same IP address, which can create security risks and may lead to account loss
Sharing your VPS connection with others is prohibited

Payout Policy
1 Step & 2 Step: Payouts are every 21 days. If you have this add-on, you are eligible to receive your first payout just 14 days after your first trade
Instant: Payouts are every 14 days. If you have this add-on, you are eligible to receive your first payout on-demand, but you still need to meet the consistency score and 3% cushion requirements
Scale Up Plan
Your account can grow by 25% every two consecutive profitable months, up to a maximum of $2,000,000
The increase is always based on your original starting balance

Inactivity Rules
