Analytics & Session Recording Retention

We retain analytics events and session recordings only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and to comply with applicable law. Anonymous sessions (non-logged-in) are retained for 30 days then permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Logged-in user sessions are retained for 90 days by default. Exception for security/fraud investigations: recordings required for a validated investigation may be retained up to 12 months; such exceptions are recorded, justified, and periodically reviewed. Recordings will be purged automatically according to these schedules; if you request deletion of your personal data we will delete or anonymize session recordings associated with your account in accordance with this retention schedule and applicable law.
